I suppose you can have your cake and your Thanksgiving too. This “Thanksgiving Turkey Cake” was featured on the Chow e-blast. It’s made with mash potatoes, sweet potatoes, ground turkey and all the seasonings and trimmings (yep, that means cranberry sauce).
